An updated version of the EPO Guide for applicants (Part 1) - "How to get a European patent” has been published by the EPO, taking into account amendments up to October 2013.

The information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" has been revised in agreement with the EPC contracting and extension states, and the 16th edition (September 2013) has just been published.
