Extension of the pilot programme on search strategies
1. On 1 November 2015, the European Patent Office (EPO) launched a pilot programme aimed at providing additional information about the search performed by the examiner ("search strategy") for all search reports issued by the EPO. Detailed information on this service may be found in the notice concerning the pilot programme on search strategies (OJ EPO 2015, A86).
2. With the present notice users are informed that the pilot programme will be extended for an additional 12 months as from 1 January 2017.
