Born in Israel, Noam Shemtov trained as a lawyer and practiced law in Israel. His post-graduate studies in London in the field of IP encouraged him to move to academia, where he specialises in IP and digital technology, focusing on software-related products and services. Noam has led numerous research projects and studies commissioned by private, national and inter-governmental bodies and authored highly influential works in the field of IP and digital technology. He also holds visiting appointments at French, Dutch and Spanish universities.
