Rainer Horn founded SpaceTec Partners, a consulting group specialised in space. He studied at European School of Business in Reutlingen and London and attained an MBA from INSEAD. He has been active in the new space, space applications and geospatial industry as consultant and investor since 2003. He serves as member of several institutional boards in space programmes in Europe and Asia. He also serves as a business angel in space, geospatial and mobility. Over the years, he has helped shape space innovation ecosystems through the development of finance programmes, accelerators and incubators. Rainer has advised venture capital and private equity investors in their investment process as well as start-ups and scaleups.
