Robin Simsa has a PhD degree in biotechnology from the University of Gothenburg and Tufts University and was selected by Forbes for their 30 under 30 list in the DACH region. With a background in biotechnology and a passion for ocean sustainability, Robin has extensive experience in the field of 3D food printing and is dedicated to finding innovative solutions that address the challenges of sustainable transformation in the food industry. Drawing on this he built his first start up, Revo Foods, which has revolutionised the production of plant-based fish alternatives and is currently the largest supplier of salmon alternatives in Europe, offering a fish alternative that authentically replicates taste and texture while also reducing the environmental impact of fishing.
