How many members must an association have to request registration of an association?

Representation before the EPO may only be undertaken by natural persons. The authorisation of an association of representatives under Rule 152(11) EPC is thus deemed to be an authorisation of any representative who practises within that association. Such an association must consist of at least two professional representatives registered on the list of professional representatives before the EPO.
