How can I file my request for entry on the list of professional representatives to the EPO?

To file your request for entry on the list of professional representatives, print, sign (wet signature) and scan Form 52300. Then print and scan your EQE result letter and combine it with all the other supporting documents required as indicated on the form into one single PDF attachment. The file size must not exceed 2 MB.

Go to the contact form, select/upload your file and send it to the EPO. You will receive an enquiry number by email. Where necessary, e.g. if the attachment exceeds the maximum size, you can use the contact form to send a second file to complete your request. In this case, please make sure to indicate the enquiry number you received.
