How should I proceed if I have a question before sending my request to the EPO ?

Please use the contact form, to send your question to the EPO. Make sure you select "Request for entry on the list of professional representatives" as the topic. You will receive an enquiry number by email. As soon as your question is answered you can refer to this enquiry number when filing your entry request.
